In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, this academic year marked a significant milestone with the introduction of the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP). We proudly launched B.A. B.Ed. (50 seats), B.Sc. B.Ed. (50 seats) and B.Com B.Ed. (50 seats) programs alongside our existing 2-Year B.Ed. program with 150 students. Throughout the year, our students actively engaged in practical training sessions in well-equipped labs and partner schools, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Alongside academics, we placed strong emphasis on holistic development through various co-curricular and extension activities, including: Talent Search Competition, Rostrum – Annual Public Speaking Competition, Science Fest-Working models and Exhibition, Sports Activities and Vibrant Club Activities: Literary Club, Art Club, Eco Club, Photography Club.
We are also progressed in fruitful collaboration with organizations like IRADA, working in the field of education to provide our students with new platforms and wider exposure.
As I reflect on the accomplishments of the past years, I feel a sense of pride and gratitude for the collective efforts of our faculty, students, and support staff. With renewed enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to excellence in teacher education and research, we look forward to scaling new heights in the coming academic session. With best wishes,
Prof. Anita Rani Dua
